Do you know a teen or young adult with special needs ever wanted to be in a rock band? Do you know someone who desires to help others or wants a volunteer experience? If so, this group is for you! This program was developed to help teens with special needs, such as autism, learn the dynamics of building friendships, social skills and self-expression through fresh and creative avenues. Drawing on peers and professionals from the music community, this group experiences music recording, instrument exploration, improvisational songwriting, drumming and other projects based on the interests and needs of the group.
